1. It supports the cause of Missionaries & Missional Organizations around the globe who are seeking to improve the circumstances & lives of the people groups overseas whom they are seeking to love & serve.

2. It partners with & helps individual artisans in these countries who are in dire situations to THRIVE (sex-trade survivors & those who are fighting extreme poverty, extreme starvation, extreme discrimination/abuse, and extreme lack of education opportunity).

This Sea Glass Necklace is made by women in Jordan, & is one of my favorite pieces!!

3. It supports these beautiful women artisans, who create gorgeous jewelry, bags, scarves, accessories, home décor, & MORE! This provides these families with living wages for housing, clothing, food, education, medicine, & MORE!!! 4. It allows me to be a future stay-at-home (hopeful) Mommy & a Wife who can work from home! This allows me to be more involved in loving and enjoying life with my husband & less time scrambling to keep our life in order!

5. BEST OF ALL, it allows me to be the hands & feet of Jesus, loving through ACTION! Charity can do great things, BUT it is certainly limited. This company, instead, creates OPPORTUNITY, allowing Dignity & Respect for our artisans. And also–it promotes HOPE.

There are so many things to love about being a part of this world-changing company, so I will just highlight a few:

1. Every year, we have company retreats & leadership retreats! They are always filled with laughter, fun, & inspiration! It is easy to feel like family when we all get together.

2. Training is so great! Not only do they offer step-by-step training to help position yourself to do great things, but there is ongoing training, support, & encouragement on our team Facebook groups!

3. After initial training is completed, you also have your close teammates to discuss questions & inspiration! We all help each other grow & succeed!

2. Passionate about World-Change! Everyone has their own passion projects in life, but it is such a sweet thing to be so hands on in offering HOPE to women all around the world! We are looking for those of you who want to make World-Change your business.

3. Part-Time? Full-Time? It’s ok! Some ladies join our team as a side project, while others want to fully immerse themselves into this worthy cause. Wherever you’re at right now, we can find a schedule that works for you!
